Meet Our Founder and Chief Instructor
MASTER SECONDRIA HOWELL
Master Secondria Howell CEO of P.H.A.T.S Martial Arts, Inc. is a fourth degree black belt in the arts of Tae Kwon Do, Tang Soo Do and Hapkido. Sensei Howell is also a certified cardio kickboxing instructor, and personal trainer. She trained for several years under Master Arthur Ferguson, Master Peter Brody and Grandmaster Min Suk Song.

At P.H.A.T.S Martial Arts, we are committed to providing a nurturing and supportive environment where students can flourish both physically and mentally. Our holistic approach to training emphasizes self-defense, fitness, and personal development.
The Howells had a vision of owning their own martial arts studio many years ago, they felt that if one possessed the principles of hard work, desire for achievement, team work, and self- control that person had the necessary tools to be a great martial artist. With that philosophy they embarked and began putting students through the martial arts ranks.
